Top up wallet

Step 1: Tap “Top Up”
On your dashboard, tap the Top Up button to begin.

Step 2: Choose Pocket
Select the specific Pocket you want to add funds to.

Step 3: Topup Pocket
Your current balance will be displayed in the selected currency. Tap Top Up, then use the keypad to enter the amount you wish to add.

Note: The amount you receive may vary depending on your bank’s transaction fees.

Step 4: View Bank Transfer Details
Once you’ve entered the amount and selected a pocket, Hyssa will display the necessary bank transfer details, including:

• Currency
• Amount to Pay
• Applicable Fees
• Net Amount You Will Receive
• Top Up Reference (Important: Include this Reference ID when making your transfer to ensure it’s tracked and verified properly.)
• Bank Information (Bank name, IBAN, SWIFT code, and address)
• Company Information (Name, address, contact details)
• Your Details (Customer ID, full name, and email)

Step 5: Confirm & Complete the Transfer

Make the bank transfer through your banking app or preferred method. Your wallet will be updated once the transfer is received and processed by Hyssa.

After reviewing the instructions, tap the Alert icon at the top right and select “OK” to confirm you've acknowledged the information.

Reminder: Your bank may charge fees, which could affect the final amount reflected in your wallet after the top-up is completed.
